Elizabeth Dow Announces Campaign for Sub-Circuit Judge; Names Committee
Randy and Sheryl Chapman will chair Committee to Elect Elizabeth Dow

Joliet, IL – 7 Aug. 2007 – Attorney Elizabeth H. Dow announced today that she will be a candidate for the newly created second judicial sub-circuit in Will County. Ms. Dow will seek the Republican nomination to be elected on February 5, 2008.

Ms. Dow also announced that Randy and Sheryl Chapman will co-chair her official campaign committee, Committee to Elect Elizabeth Dow. Colleen Graham Dow will be the campaign treasurer.

"I have been an attorney for more than fifteen years and I have a passion for helping people," said Dow, "It's true job satisfaction to give a voice to a child in the middle of a custody batter or helping a senior citizen return to the home she and her husband built after the Second World War."

"Now I want to take my experince and put it to work as a Circuit Court Judge," added Dow.

Randy Chapman said, "Having known Lissa for many years, it is hard to imagine anyone better qualified for this prestigious position. Sheryl and I are proud to help elect a great lawyer to the Will County Bench."

On April 30, 2007, the Committee to Elect Elizabeth Dow filed paperwork with the Illinois State Board of Elections to begin fundraising activities.
